What is Chessbot?
Chessbot is a Java program that simulates a person playing live chess on Chess.com. It's powered by my chess engine, Chesslet.
How does Chessbot work?
- It determines the location, size, and orientation of the Chess.com chessboard interface on the computer screen.
- It detects the opponent's moves by checking the square colors.
- It gets moves from the Chesslet engine.
- It makes moves by moving the mouse and clicking.
Why did I make Chessbot?
I use it to test my chess engine, Chesslet. Right now, it's part of my science fair project.
How good is Chessbot?
Chessbot has a bullet rating of about 2100 and a blitz rating of about 1800. It's really good at bullet games because it's fast, blunder-less, and indefatigable.

Nope :) I don't want to hurt the online chess community. You can always watch the video though.
